Perfect! Amazing flexibility class for a beginner! She was kind, clear in their explanations, and checked in often about how the stretches felt. I even managed a few positions in this first class that I honestly didn’t think I’d be able to do yet, I felt safely challenged, more open, and really motivated to keep going. Totally recommend!
