About Wesli
Learning to read doesn’t have to feel boring or frustrating—it can actually be engaging and motivating when it’s taught the right way. I bring energy, structure, and clear instruction to every session so students stay focused while still enjoying the process. My goal is for students to leave each session feeling successful and ready to come back for more.
I make learning interactive and supportive, where students can take risks, try new things, and not worry about getting everything perfect. Mistakes are part of the process, and we use them to grow stronger skills. As students start to see their progress, their confidence builds, and reading becomes something they feel proud of instead of something they avoid.
When students feel successful, they stay motivated—and that’s when real growth happens. I work to create that momentum so students not only improve their reading, but also start to believe in their ability to learn and succeed.

With over 15 years of elementary experience, I know how to identify exactly where a student is struggling and target those gaps with clear, systematic instruction that builds real skills—not just short-term improvement.
My sessions are structured, efficient, and individualized. Students receive explicit teaching in phonics, decoding, and comprehension using proven methods aligned with the Orton-Gillingham approach. I continuously monitor progress, adjust instruction, and ensure that every session leads to measurable growth and increased confidence.
