About Adam

My teaching methods are grounded in one invaluable central theory: Practice makes perfect. I teach students how to implement highly effective study techniques in order to maximise the value of the time they put into their study.

Two of the core practices I implement are active recall and spaced repetition. So what does that mean?

Active recall is a method where you make yourself remember (recall) information that you learned before. This is a highly effective way of retaining knowledge you have learned

Spaced repetition is the process of revising your course topics in a spaced out way so as to keep the information in your long term memory.
