About Grace
I graduated from NYU with honors, earning a B.A. in International Relations with a regional focus in European Affairs and a minor in Russian & Slavic Studies.
I am also an inducted member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honors Society and a recipient of numerous awards and accolades (Dean's Award for Russian Studies, Wasserman Center Internship Grant Recipient, University Honors Scholar, 1 of 7 Best Model UN Crisis Directors in the North American Circuit).
In college I was heavily involved in Model United Nations, where I was awarded a Best Delegate award from the College of William & Mary and a Verbal Commendation from Emory University. I have a knack for public speaking and presentations, so I ensure that every student can convey their knowledge with confidence!
I now work in the non-profit sector in New York City.

My approach is to meet students where they are at and encourage them to enjoy learning! History and civics can be a bore to some, so I like to get a sense of each student's unique interests and needs to strategically plan lessons suited to their learning styles. This may involve storytelling, active socratic-style conversations, or helpful pictures suited towards visual learners. These lessons are perfect for middle schoolers, high schoolers, and college students in need of extra practice and/or exam preparation.
