About Valentin

I have been giving private lessons for years, mainly to high school students.

I love to learn, and I do my best to transmit this enthusiasm to the students I work with. I start from the principle that what we do with pleasure bears more fruit than what we do reluctantly. I therefore try to make the sessions fun and interesting, in order to develop the students' curiosity and give them confidence in their abilities.

I am truly passionate about learning, and I love sharing this enthusiasm with those who encounter some difficulties.

I always start by taking stock of the situation, discussing the content of the course with the student, in order to help him identify what is causing the problem. Then we establish together a "battle plan" for our sessions: some like to discuss all the concepts and ask a thousand questions, others prefer to be reassured by doing a lot of exercises,... Of course, the battle plan is can be modified at any time, according to the needs of the student.

My goal is to make the student independent. On the one hand, by helping them identify the learning methods that work best for them; on the other hand, by sharing my enthusiasm for the act of learning (through play, by showcasing successes, etc.).
