About Tanya
Hi, I’m Tanya! I’m a North London-based Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, specialising in helping women over 40 feel strong, confident, and in control of their health. My approach combines strength training, mobility, core work, and nutritional guidance to help you feel your absolute best—inside and out.

I offer 1-2-1 personal training for women, either at your home, online or through a user-friendly app. Sessions are an hour long and include both fitness and nutrition support. I’m a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and certified in Precision Nutrition (Level 1). My approach is down-to-earth, supportive, and tailored to help you feel stronger, healthier, and more confident—inside and out.
