About Stephanie
I am a Holy Yoga instructor with additional training in yoga therapy and kids yoga. I have been practicing yoga for over ten years and teaching for the past three. It is my intention to hold space for people seeking a yoga class that aligns with their spiritual beliefs, past experiences, and physical abilities, whatever those may be.

I teach hatha yoga, which is a great method for beginners. My training in yoga therapy offers me a deeper insight into the physical workings of yoga poses and how to offer alternatives for various limitations. Limitations to practicing yoga may be physical, mental, emotional or spiritual. I believe that yoga should be accessible to everybody, and I love using my creative muscle to make that happen for people of all ages and abilities. I have worked with kids, people with chronic conditions, Christian communities, and individuals of all ages.
