About Hollie
I am an experienced and dedicated education professional with a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) diploma and a strong background in both early years education and Key Stage 1 tutoring. Over the past two years, I have worked hands-on in a nursery setting, developing a deep understanding of child development and learning needs. In addition to my work with younger children, I currently serve as a Key Stage 1 Maths tutor, where I support children in building their numeracy skills and boosting their confidence in a structured, engaging environment. With a proven ability to connect with children of various ages, I am skilled at creating learning environments that are both nurturing and productive. I am DBS-checked and proficient with educational technology and software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and more, which helps me efficiently support classroom activities and administrative tasks. Organised, approachable, and hardworking, I take pride in completing tasks to the highest standards and building positive, supportive relationships with both students and staff. My goal is to continue making a meaningful impact in the field of education, helping children thrive academically and emotionally in their learning journey.

My lessons will mostly be Stage 1 based, helping your children understand basic maths in a fun way. My lessons will be 30 minutes long to make sure your little one is fully focused at all times. Focusing on counting, equations and all the basics children learn at a young age.
