About Liz
I am a Holistic Personal Trainer of 15 years, Reiki Practitioner, E-motion Yoga Teacher, Forensic Healer, Wellness & Nutrition Coach. My holistic services when they coloborate together under one product is called ERT = emotional Release therapies which is highly beneficial for everyone but in particular those with disease, pain, stress or emotional trauma in their life. Holistic Personal Training is unique and will integrate well into referral programs with doctors and other allied health services. My wellness programs are fast acting with real results if you are looking to branch out your personal training skill set and become more holistic in approach ERT is next level and will hugely impact mental and overall body health in the country.

I have been teaching and mentoring up and coming Personal Trainers for over 15 years getting trainers industry ready. I hold a cert 3 and 4 in Fitness and now apply holistic therapies to PT services to cater for rehabilitation clients and those suffering from depression and anxiety. My Trainers have all gone on to successfully start their own businesses with strong confidence and attention to detail of client needs along with teaching them the marketing and sales tactics required to build a clientele base. My arts and design background is one of my many tools I help students to get noticed in today's social media world, this tool is one of the many applied skills that my students learn to help them get noticed along with helping with personal branding.
