I have had the pleasure of being Gordon's friend and colleague for over four years now. His impeccable French and lively spirit make him a wonderful teacher.

I first met Gordon several years ago when we were both enrolled in a graduate program in French and Francophone Studies at Louisiana State University. As a teacher, Gordon is highly competent, creative, and attentive to detail. He has frequently substituted for me and tutored students who desired additional support. Students routinely compliment his patience and thorough explanations of subject matter, appreciative that Gordon is willing to explain material in multiple ways.
