About Raheel
I know what it’s like to struggle as a student. I was once in the same position, needing guidance to understand challenging concepts. That experience inspired me to become a tutor and help others gain confidence and clarity in their learning.
Not everyone gets it the first time and that's absolutely okay. Also, it's okay to ask for help because that means you want to learn and grow. I'd love to be that bridge that helps you get across the gap you're in right now. I promise you it's a lot easier than you think and I assure you we can make it that way together.
As you've probably read a few times, I hold a B.S. in Electrical Engineering with a Math minor and an MBA, and I have over eight years of professional experience as a software engineer and Project Manager in electric vehicle infrastructure. I have been tutoring math and engineering since college, helping students of all ages build strong foundations, tackle difficult problems, and succeed in their studies.
My teaching approach focuses on breaking down complex topics into clear, manageable steps, connecting lessons to real-world applications, and fostering curiosity and confidence. I aim to not only help students get the right answers but also understand the “why” behind them, empowering them to learn independently and excel in their academic journey.

I hold a B.S. in Electrical Engineering with a Math minor and an MBA, and I have experience tutoring math and engineering both during college and for family and friends. My approach as a tutor focuses on understanding each student’s learning style and building concepts step by step. What sets me apart is my combination of technical expertise, professional experience, along with being a father, an uncle, and patience. Having worked as a software engineer and as a Project Manager in electric vehicle infrastructure, I bring real-world examples that make lessons more relatable and engaging. I aim not just to help students get the right answer, but also to understand the “why” behind it.
