About Mason

I am a current student at Hillsdale College, majoring in Religion with a minor in Education, with a strong dedication to helping students achieve their academic goals. My background includes a deep understanding of how to overcome learning challenges, as I’ve personally navigated my education with dyslexia. This experience allows me to empathize with students and adapt to various learning styles effectively. With a focus on professionalism, I create personalized, engaging lessons that emphasize both understanding the material and developing key skills like time management and organization. My goal is to inspire confidence in my students, equipping them with the tools they need to excel academically and succeed in the classroom and beyond.

About the lesson

My teaching approach is rooted in understanding and adaptability, shaped by my personal experience as a dyslexic learner. I know firsthand the challenges that can come with learning differences, which has given me a unique ability to connect with students and tailor my methods to their individual needs.
