• 1) Can you tell us about your first experience using a computer?

  1) I first started using computers at the age of eight. I was immediately hooked by them, playing video games at an early stage and later down the line learning how to code from my father. I thank my family to exposing me to computers at an early stage in life, sparking curiosity in the subject. Since then, computers have been an integral part of my life.

• 2) What is the technological evolution that has marked you most and what will be, in your eyes, a turning point in this field?

  2) I believe AI is one of the biggest technological advancements we've ever got to see. While I don't thinj AI will completely replace marketers in the near future, those who won't integrate AI into their day to day work will struggle to compete with those who do. AI helps speed up processes, helps with creative references, and provides valuable insights, ultimately allowing marketers to accomplish more in less time.

• 3) Explain your expertise, your interest in it and, more broadly, its importance in the computer world.

  3) I'm a paid ads expert. Having managed over 50+ clients ad campaigns, ranging from small startups to large chains and brands. My expertise spans over multiple platforms, including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. In today's social media and internet age, digital marketing is no longer an option for businesses. It's a necessity. Having that ability to target any audience at a scale, and be able to measure accurately and in real time the performance of our marketing efforts, makes digital marketing one of the most powerful tools for a business. growth.

• 4) Do so-called 'visionaries', such as Bill Gates, Steve Jobs and Mark Zuckerberg inspire you or do you have other role models?

  4) The person who has had the most impact on my mindset and career was Alex Hormozi. I've been following Alex since around 2021, and his insights on business, growth, marketing, and personal development have helped me think differently, pushed me to learn new topics and improve my own skills to better myself. Alex shifted my thinking into setting clear goals, and trying to provide as much value as possible to those around me. Alex's content helped keep me focused on long term goals and push me out of my comfort zone.

• 5) Provide a valuable anecdote related to your subject or your days at school.

  5) One of the most valuable lessons I've learned as a paid ads specialist is the importance of just testing, testing, testing. Over the years, I've launched and analyzed thousands of ad campaigns, and one truth remains, there are no guarantees. Even with experience, I can't predict with certainty which ad will perform best. I can have a hypothesis that one ad will perform, and then I just give it a budget and test it. Sometimes, unconventional ads outperform traditional ones. The key is to test multiple creatives, creative styles (post, reel, story, carousel etc.), different copy (text) variations, and targeting different audiences, and only then make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  Get out the box and start testing everything.

• 6) What would you say to an uncomfortable person in front of a screen who says that "IT is too complicated"?

  6) I firmly believe that anyone can learn digital advertising, regardless of their technical skills. For example, I once coached a 60-year-old who initially struggled to perform basic computer functions such as making a new desktop folder, yet within a short time, they were able to manage their own paid ad campaigns and design new creatives on Canva!
  With dedication, practice, and the right guidance, everything is possible.

• 7) What are your other passions, related or non-related to computers?

  7) I'm passionate about both traveling and my work. The flexibility of digital marketing allows me to work from anywhere, which has enabled me to explore different places around the world while still coaching businesses and managing ad campaigns effectively.
  For instance, I recently worked on client accounts while enjoying a trip to Corfu, Greece.
  The ability to combine the work of helping grow businesses and changing lives, with the ability to travel provides a sense of freedom, making my career even more fulfilling.
