About Tracey

I have always loved to dance. From the age of 3 years old. Dance has been my life. I believe dance is about watchability not necessarily flexibility. Which means when the audience can't take their eyes off you while you are dancing. This is done with a technique called force, suspension and relaxation technique or Martha Graham technique. I tell my students. ALWAYS believing in yourself. Anything is possible. You only live once. Make it count.
