About Zijing
Hello, my name is Zi and I am from Hungary.
I am an experienced researcher and educator based in University College London. I hold a PhD in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, MSc in Drug Discovery and Development, BSc in Biomedical Sciences, and two other bachelor’s degrees in Business Studies and Physics.
I am highly familiar with AQA, OCR, and Edexcel examination and am also able to offer specialised examination courses as well as my entire secondary education and higher education was based in the UK and I currently live in London with my lovely wife and our adorable cat! Alongside teaching, I am also an avid amateur chef and nature enthusiast.

My teaching approach is to find and fix any weak points thus having a solid foundation to build upon. The next step is to surpass what is expected by allowing students to gain confidence in what they have learnt and be able to apply it so they can rightfully claim that they have mastered that knowledge.
I teach chemistry, biology, and physics anywhere from primary to university level courses. I teach mathematics, history, English language, English literature, and geography up to A-level. I am highly familiar with AQA, OCR, and Edexcel examination and am also able to offer specialised examination courses as well.
I am also fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Hungarian and have been a professional translator for both during formal government events.
So whether you are trying to catch up, learn a new topic, or even preparing for a major exam, I am certain that I am the right tutor for you by offering tailored sessions to help you reach your full potential!
