A firefighter by profession, and a lover of sports, especially running. I have extensive experience in ultra-distance racing, as well as advanced knowledge in improving running form by doing it in a natural way through minimalism. I have been a trail runner for 10 years, so I have extensive experience in this area. More specifically in the long distance. My classes are focused on getting a good base to have a strong lower body, as well as teaching you to run in a natural way (Minimalist technique).
