About Isabelle
Hi! My name is Izzy and I am in the top 9% of my class who excels in AP English language and composition, essay writing, formation, and proofreading, AP U.S. History, AP Seminar, statistics, and French. I have also taken dual enrollment courses with the local community college and can tutor in AP psychology or introductory criminal law/criminology.
I have served as a tutor for both friends and classmates and have helped them find the right methods to retain the information taught in their classes. I am so excited to help you achieve your academic goals, whether it be passing an AP exam, a class, or improving your essay composition!
References for completion of and proficiency in courses are available upon request!

I am very adaptable and alter my teaching methods depending on the preferences and needs of each student.
For AP Language and Composition test prep, I will focus on whatever area the student needs the most help with, whether that be essay formation, understanding multiple choice questions, or even just grammatical errors.
For help with essay writing and formation, I will run the student through a typical essay format and help them create an outline. Once they have finished writing their essay, I will proofread their essay and offer any other additional advice to help them make the necessary edits to receive a high grade!
