About Josiah

My name is Josiah Sumers-Anderson and I'm 17 years old. I'm currently a Junior attending C.E. Byrd High School, home of the Yellow Jackets in Shreveport, Louisiana. I'm an autistic student but my favorite subjects in school are American history and foreign languages. Since middle school, I had a strong passion for education and politics. About education, it is my first priority, it is everything to me as it should be for my fellow peers. I began school at the age of three and have been doing well since then. Sure hope that I will be able to tutor you!

About the lesson

I will teach students from the founding of America to modern times. Middle school and high school students will be taught the same material but it will be simplified for middle school students.

AP and Gifted students aren't recommended for this tutoring course.

I think Josiah would be make an excellent tutor because of his knowledge of American history from his lessons at school as well as his ability to come up with material for lessons. He would practice teaching at home on his computer and his whiteboard every day after school, even on the weekends.
