I take this role seriously because as a student it is frustrating to be struggling with a part of a unit, only for the teacher to ignore it or to say that you should have already known that. Algebra is different from other maths because this is used in your daily life and being able to do Algebra consistently will only help you later in life.

I will help the student find the root of why a concept is hard to understand, which is important when learning a math as fundamental as Algebra. We will go through easier practice problems to build up confidence and try to fix any small mistakes made as we progress towards more challenging problems.
