About Alekhya
Hello, I am a junior in high school. I have over three years of experience as an organized and dedicated online volunteer teacher. I help the students by doing a diagnostic placement test which will help me establish your child's exact reading level and create an individual plan. To make sure that your kid constantly progresses and moves towards achieving his/her goals, every lesson includes purposeful classwork assignments together with homework. I will also send them reading books. My targeted experience ranges from helping elementary kids learn phonics, decoding, fluency techniques to teaching middle graders advanced comprehension skills and STAAR test preparation. By combining a productive routine with highly interesting computer games, I fill in the gaps, improve your child's skills and instill the highest levels of self-confidence. I will make sure your kids are ready to take any Reading tests in the future.

Through structured organization coupled with more than three years of online virtual interaction, I offer you an extensive reading tutorial program that is completely customized according to the current needs of your child. Instead of using any form of general tutoring, I start off my teaching approach by performing a specific assessment to create a customized reading program, which involves deliberate daily work and assignments for continuous academic progress. After I feel like they are ready, I will make a test to test their knowledge after every unit. I will also send them reading books, so they can also get a head start at reading at their level. Depending on whether your elementary or middle school-aged child is in need of basic or advanced reading skills training, respectively, I ensure that you get the required assistance within an engaging online setting.
