About Anastasia
As the second child of five, I have always taken it upon myself to help my younger siblings with their studies. I have the patience to continue helping even the most resistant of students, and the people I start helping never leave without understanding the material.

When I teach, I prefer to first have the student tell me what they know, then work from there. I use analogies and real world examples to elaborate on how and why to use the area of math the student is struggling with. A typical lesson will involve establishing what the student knows, a thorough explanation of the material using example problems, working through practice problems with the student, then a short quiz/review to ensure the student not only knows how to complete problems, but understands why the math works and how it can be used outside of a classroom.
