About Alice

I am currently in my third year studying biology at university, and am delighted to begin a master's degree in molecular biology after I graduate. Whilst I enjoy studying biology, I am aware of how difficult the content can be to learn and understand, and I am excited to help other students understand and enjoy this subject. I have a strong understanding of a wide range of revision techniques, and can help students to learn skills which will lead to exam success.
I achieved 9,9 in GCSE combined science, an A* in A-Level biology, and am predicted to graduate with a first class degree.

About the lesson

As a university biology student myself, I love to learn, talk about, and teach biology. Exam season is nearby, but it is never too late to get an extra bit of help, and currently I am very available for exam preparation sessions. I can explain difficult concepts in a way which is easy to understand, and help you to retain this knowledge. There is a skill to revision and exam success, so as well as learning content, I will teach a wide range of techniques suited to your personal learning style.
I am most experienced in tutoring GCSE and A-level students, but would be happy to help students of all ages. My sessions are typically one hour long, including time at the beginning and end to discuss learning goals for the session, and reflect at the end. I am happy to organise a free consultation session to understand your tutoring needs and begin planning sessions.
