About William
I'm Will, and my goal is to help students become confident and highly capable at schoolwork, giving them the skills to tackle problems independently and especially excel at school. When a student works with me, I will take ownership of their progress, their struggles become my struggles, and I work alongside them until we reach a path of improvement and success. I want every student to leave each lesson feeling more capable and confident in themselves.

I am a friendly and enthusiastic Year 11 student at St Peters Lutheran College who enjoys helping younger students become more confident in their schoolwork. I have a strong academic background, particularly in Maths, and have participated in enrichment programs including APSMO, Da Vinci, OptiMinds, ICAS and AMC since Year 4.
I currently study Specialist Mathematics, Mathematical Methods, Chemistry, Physics, Engineering and English, and consistently achieve strong academic results. I have experience teaching through helping my younger siblings and assisting with chess training, which has helped me develop patience, communication and the ability to explain concepts clearly.
I am also a Faith Captain at school and captain my cricket team, giving me valuable leadership and mentoring experience. I hope to continue giving back to my school community in the future by returning to help teach chess and cricket.
I offer lessons for students from primary school to Year 10 and can help with a range of subjects, particularly Maths. Lessons are tailored to each student's needs, whether they need help with schoolwork, assessment preparation, extension or simply building confidence.
Lessons are 1 hour or longer, with flexible session lengths available depending on the student's needs.
