About Lily
I am a 3rd year physics student at the University of Edinburgh undertaking a 5 year MPhys degree. I am very enthusiastic about my subject and love explaining it to others so that they can see why! I am happy to tutor up to A-level/advanced higher and have tutored in GCSE maths and sciences in Italy as an au-pair. I have top grades in all my qualifications i.e. all A*s at GCSE and A level, and firsts in all my university courses so far. I studied chemical physics for the first two years of my degree so I also have a good level of chemistry knowledge.

I am patient and enthusiastic, and believe that there are no stupid questions. I know from my own experience that maths and physics can seem very difficult or daunting but that they are very doable with clear explanations and time to think about new concepts. The focus of my lessons will be directed by the student to go straight to addressing what they are struggling with.
