High-achieving and approachable English Literature graduate - English tutor with Naomi

I am more than happy to write this reference for Naomi. I was her line manager for one year where she worked as a Learning Support Assistant at a local primary school in Oxford. Naomi is a hard-worker who is willing to take on new challenges daily, to impart instructions and create an excellent class room environment. She contributed immensely to the EYFS department at the school by supporting and assisting the development of a new approach to teaching and learning. Developing core curriculum and providing instructional support which were both futuristic in nature yet conformed to EYFS standards.
What I found to be Naomi’s best asset is her ability to utilize appropriate language and positive attitude to interact effectively with pupils, colleagues and staff. As a model of good behavior, she is in a league of her own and can provide extra instructional support based on individual pupil assessments. I am confident that she would contribute effectively to any pupil she tutors.
