My methodology is...
firstly understand the child max...then get to him with the ways that helps him understand the concepts easily and in a fun filled way.....
I am young teacher so that we get understand easily with each other than a student getting attached with an age olded person...i know i dont have that experience but its my promise that i will try my max to keep up that level....
