About Andria
Bring global flavor to your kitchen! I’m a seasoned chef, trained in New York and experienced as a hotel kitchen manager, sharing traditional Italian family recipes and flavors inspired by my travels around the world. My lessons are designed for the everyday home cook who wants to create impressive, heartwarming meals without stress—whether you’re cooking a romantic dinner, hosting family for the holidays, or simply wanting to feel confident in the kitchen.

Once your session is scheduled, we’ll plan your meal. I’ll send a clear list of ingredients for an appetizer, main dish, or dessert — or, if you’re feeling ambitious, all three!
During our lesson, we’ll prep, cook, and clean as we go, just like a real kitchen. Each session is hands-on, fun, and designed to build your skills while creating a meal you’ll be proud to serve.
A perfect beginner example? Homemade manicotti.
We’ll:
Make fresh pasta dough and Italian-style crepes
Create sauce from scratch (or whole tomatoes if you prefer)
Stuff and bake the manicotti
Whip up simple sides like salad or stuffed garlic bread
While your dish bakes, we’ll clean up and chat about side pairings, presentation, and drink options — so you can recreate it anytime with confidence.
No special tools needed — just curiosity, an appetite, and a love of learning
