As a fellow mum balancing a busy career, I understand the constant juggle of doing for others and forgetting yourself. My private yoga sessions focus on mindfulness, helping you embrace where you are in life, find inner alignment, and recharge, so you can channel your energy back into what matters most.

I have been attending yoga classes with Noopur during her time in Singapore . She is patient, encouraging and caters to all levels of students within the same class. With Noopur’s guidance and encouragement, I have greatly improved my flexibility, strength and accomplished poses that I never thought I could do..I found that apart from physical improvement, yoga has given me the mental strength and clarity to deal with stressful situations in a calm manner and improved my sleep quality. If you are looking for a yoga instructor who cares about your progress and well- being, Noopur is the instructor for you.
Very effective and organised yoga classes...
I’ve practiced with Noopur for over 2 years and i love her style of teaching. She personalises the classes for us and is great with understanding what we’re feeling each time we show up on the mat. I enjoy practicing with her and would love to recommend her to anyone looking to start yoga and have a consistent practice
