About Lisa
Do you ever wonder why some languages feel more expressive than others? I teach by weaving the traditions of my upbringing into our daily conversations. Bolero, flamenco, and chacarera serve as the cultural backdrop for our dialogue sessions. My 14 years of experience allow me to navigate complex grammar while keeping the mood light and approachable. Having worked with 241 students, I understand the challenges of learning a new language. I strive to make every interaction feel like a genuine connection between friends. You can expect a warm and culturally immersive environment in every meeting. I promise to keep our sessions grounded in the real world rather than just textbooks.

I structure our time by focusing on your specific needs for conversational fluency and pronunciation. Language is best learned when we connect through role play and everyday dialogue. With my BM Contemporary Music background, I possess a sharp ear for the subtle musicality of Spanish vowels and consonants. I provide weekly conversation practice recordings reviewed together so you can hear your own development. Adults and teens benefit from this steady feedback loop as they grasp new idioms and expressions. Our sessions focus on building your confidence to speak in any situation.
