  • ¿Con qué edad empezaste a practicarlo?

    Empecé como Personal Trainer en el 2019, estando recibido como profe de educación física desde el 2018. Practico fútbol desde los 6 años.
  • ¿Cuáles son tus deportes/prácticas favorit@s? Aquellas de alto rendimiento así como las que practicas como hobby o aquellas que te encantaría descubrir.

    Soy fanático del fútbol, hincha de Vélez. Y tambíen lo relacionado al entrenamiento en gimansios, que lo practico hace muchos años. Aunque me gusta todo tipo de deporte desde handball, voley, basquet, etc.
  • Te retamos a que nos entren las ganas de ponernos el chandal y empezar a sudar. Explícanos, ¿qué te aporta realizar esta práctica?

    Realizar entrenamientos conmigo desde la base te aporta una mejor calidad de vida. Vas a disfrutar de tu cuerpo, realizar cada vez mas experiencias positivas con el y menos experiencias negativas, además de lograr los objetivos planteados previamente.
  • ¿Qué éxito deportivo te ha marcado o te ha inspirado más?

    Durante toda mi infancia y adolescencia jugué al fútbol, y el deporte de equipo te deja cosas que ninguna otra experiencia puede hacerlo y te quedan marcadas por el resto de tu vida.
  • Cuéntanos tu mayor conquista o tu mayor récord como deportista.

    Si bien nunca jugué de manera profesional al fútbol, logré siempre disfrutar del deporte. En el gimnasio, los records se rompen día a día.
  • Si pudieses realizar un entrenamiento con un/a deportista de élite, ¿cuál sería?, ¿qué preguntas le harías? (si aún te queda aliento, claro)

    Sin dudas con Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, los mejores de hoy en día. Le preguntaría cosas del día a día, fuera de su ámbito del deporte ya que eso es algo que hacen prácticamente todo el día.
  • ¿Cómo consigues que un/a alumn@ persevere, siga con ganas y no abandone?

    Mostrándole que es simple y el único camino es la constancia, no hay fórmulas mágicas para lograr resultados, haciendo su entrenamiento lo más adaptado posible hace que cada uno se sienta parte de su propio entrenamiento.
