About Ohikhemota OO

Hey there! I’m a Mechanical Engineering student and frontend developer who genuinely loves helping people learn to code. I teach everything from HTML and CSS to JavaScript, React and Next.js, and my classes are hands-on, clear, and tailored to your pace. Teaching web development is something I’m passionate about because I remember how confusing it felt at first. I spent countless hours figuring things out the hard way and now I teach so you don’t have to. My goal is to help you learn smarter and faster, without the frustration that often comes with starting out. In our lessons, we’ll focus on understanding the “why” behind the code through real examples and small projects that make learning stick. I come prepared, communicate clearly, and keep things fun and interactive. Whether you’re a complete beginner or trying to level up your frontend skills, I’ll help you build confidence and actually enjoy the process

About the lesson

I teach web development in a structured, practical, and highly interactive way. My goal is to help students not just understand the concepts but apply them to build real projects they can be proud of.

Each lesson is carefully planned to balance theory, hands-on coding, and guided problem-solving. We start from the basics—HTML, CSS, and JavaScript—and gradually move into frameworks like React, ensuring every concept builds on the last.

A typical lesson lasts about 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the student’s pace and goals. I often assign small challenges or mini-projects between sessions to reinforce learning and encourage independent thinking.

I’m a Mechanical Engineering student at UNILAG and certified frontend developer with hands-on experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React. I’ve also completed several professional development courses, including Scrimba and Meta Frontend certificates.
