About Zahida

Hello, My name is Zahieda and cooking is my passion. I have over 30 years of experience being a home cook and have taught students of all age groups. Most of my students are from the U.S and U.K - they have learned authentic Indian cooking as well as other delicious cuisines.

About the lesson

Multitasking is my specialty. You will learn techniques that you can use for quick meals on weekdays, as well as elaborate three-course meals so that you and your loved ones can feast. Although I incorporate some modern cooking techniques in my classes, I will teach you cooking that will remind you of your grandmother’s kitchen.
