I started with a revolutionary idea of shattering myths and fallacy around health and fitness . We have been noticing the involvement of doping (medicine &drugs) very prevalent in the fitness industry.There are fat loss pills and muscle gain pills showing you short term results at the cost of your health.So the question is, why can’t we make it very natural and long lasting by following correct nutrition and healthy lifestyle. For over a decade, we have studied human body, it’s functioning and conditioning, strengths, and limitation to precisely understand what works and what doesn’t in a very natural way.
