About Emma
In December 2024, I earned my Bachelor of Arts and Sciences with a focus in Psychology. During my time in college, I
taught college students about mental health, healthy and unhealthy relationships, and drug and alcohol awareness to college students. I also explored various timelines in
women’s rights during my time in college. In May 2024, I was honored to attend a national Women’s Empowerment Conference in Washington, D.C.
I believe that every student has the potential to learn. Each individual is unique in their learning style. In our classroom, we will engage through lectures, discussions, and a variety of hands-on projects.
I also believe that mistakes are a wonderful part of the learning process. We will make mistakes together, learn from them, and grow together. There are going to be some hard days and that is
okay. Through good communication and mutual respect we can work through issues together. History can and will be fun. In my classroom, history comes alive

Dimsdale. My favorite timeline is the 70s. I like to hike, bake, paint, and hang out with my two cats. I am looking forward to meeting you all!
We will learn about Vikings, wars, lavish parties of the 1920s, government roles, and so much more. You will succeed in my class if you are willing to learn the wonders of the world.
In my class we like to bring history alive. We learn through hands-on activities, games, and visuals. My personal favorite is "acting out the past".
I also focus on well-being. If you are ever feeling overwhelmed we will breathe and try again. Remember little butterfly, it takes more than a day for a caterpillar to grow its wings.
