About Emily
I have a degree from FSU in pure mathematics and philosophy. Also, I have years of experience tutoring Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Precalculus, Geometry, Philosophy, and Logic, from the middle school level to the college level (both online and in person.) I am currently a graduate student at FSU and I have experience being a teaching assistant for college level philosophy courses, so I can help revise essays as well!

I understand how hard mathematics or philosophy can be, so my tutoring approach is variable depending on how much you understand the subject. If you are stuck, I will adjust the pace and try teaching the concept in many different ways until you have a better understanding of it. I understand the struggles that come along with tough subjects like philosophy and mathematics, so I will work very hard to help students (or anyone) try to understand the subjects I love (and use to struggle with myself as a young student.)
