About Kurtan
l have been teaching these exercises since 2002. I have lived in Canada for 2 years and Australia for 10 years. l am experienced on Kinesiology, Neuroplasticity, Neurokinetic therapies, Pilates, Corrective exercises, Osteopathy and balance performance trainings. Any kind of disorder on your body such as misfire on your nervous system l can solve it.

Turkish
Firstly, it is very to important to understand which muscles are under and over active on your body. Well l need to do couple of tests to be able to understand what is right and wrong. For me it is priority to activate the nervous system on your body and if there is any problem on neuromuscular junction l decide the best exercise program for you. Then the process takes couple of classes for your body to get to start react the exercises.
