About Oindrila

Let me tell you few things about myself. I have done my B.A, LLB(Hons.) from Department of Law, Hazra Campus, Kolkata. I passed in 2022 and thereafter I cleared CLAT-PG exam and got admission in NUJS, Kolkata which is one among the top 5 law college in India. I did my LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law and I completed it in 2023. Thereafter I was preparing for certain exams and appeared for the exam of Law Research Associate in NCLT. It was a two stage exam, written and interview. I cleared the written exam and thereafter got selected for the interview. In May this year I got to know that I got selected and now Iam working as a Law Research Associate in NCLT, Kolkata Bench. Teaching has been my passion and I believe that it is also a way of revision. So I took this decision of teaching and I feel through this platform I can connect with a lot of students who want guidance for their law subjects. Looking forward to connect with you people.

About the lesson

My goal will be to make you understand about the interlinkages that law subjects have with each other. For example Rosco Pound's theory of social engineering is very relevant with the recent landmark judgements like Sabarimala, Navtej Singh Johar and hence it is linked with Article 14, 21 of the Indian Constitution.

As a teacher of law I will try my best to bring before you the recent judgements which are relevant to that particular provision which we are dealing with.

I assure you that I will provide you with the reserach article or the content from where I will teach you. Apart from textbooks or bare acts we would rely on various research articles, journals and reports which will help us to understand the concepts in detail.
