Hello everyone! I’m Italian native 30yo,
I always been sporty since I was 6.
My main sports were swimming and Karate. My passion has always been Motorsport, so I started riding dirt bike when I was just a kid and Racing Kart on the track until now. I also love watersports and riding jetskis makes me crazy.
Currently I live in Mar Vista and I train at the gym but I love nature and always preferred outdoor training, with or without weights.
I had many private training lessons since i was 18 so I learnt how to do by myself efficiently and how to combine a healthy diet with proper physical excercise.
I love helping people reaching their goals and feel better physically and mentally!
