About Sarah
My name is Sarah Lea Safarian.
I am passionate about plant-based holistic nutrition and cooking.
I am a certified chef and holistic nutrition specialist. My culinary journey began when I first attended the Paris-based Ferrandi National Culinary School of Art from which I graduated with a Professional Certificate in French Cuisine.
I am the creator of Humbly Healthy, a holistic food & wellness consultancy company based in Paris, which focuses on offering clients food services based on both culinary expertise & holistic nutrition knowledge.
During my sessions, I also focus on the benefits associated with eating plant-based food, the ‘You Are What You Eat’ notion, how food affects your body, your mind, your energy, and how what we eat can take us in or out of balance.
