About Lauren

I have a background in Kinesiology, Somatic Therapy, and Human Behaviour as a result of my own love for learning, but often being met with my own procrastination. I tried the "just do it" method, but eventually burnt out or hated it. I quickly realised that learning something efficiently and effectively involves more than just action or positive thinking. Other than the simple joy of sharing what I've learnt, I've happily and patiently educated my parents as they've navigated their own technological learnings over the years, as well as co-workers and friends.

About the lesson

Learning a new skill can feel overwhelming, which is why I've combined my professional skills to support stress-free, efficient learning. Having worked with clients for over 18 years, my approach is logical, gentle and progressive, using behavioural therapy, psychological methods and therapy tools alongside a logical action-oriented approach. Lesson length is 60 minutes and is suited to those who experience overwhelm and anxiety about what they desire/require to learn.
