About Shubhajit
I am Shhbhajit Chowdgury. My experience in corporate field showed me how the work pressure affects physical and mental well-being for many people especially in the older adults suffering from age-related challenges. It is here that I use my experience and skills as a health and self-defense coach to guide my clients to a more balanced lifestyle.
