I use the Functional Patern method which is a form of training adapted to human evolutionary physiology, I was able to help correct many postural pathologies with this method. For weight loss and muscle gain I use a method called Body Fitness with very little heavy load and a strong emphasis on recovery and diet. I use a lot of techniques from Martial Arts and Combat Sport to work on mobility, cardio and breathing.
