About Suraj

I am a dedicated and versatile individual with a strong background in administration, education, and creative arts. With experience as an exam controller, sports administrator, and store manager, I bring excellent organizational and leadership skills to every role I take on. I'm also deeply passionate about dance and have used it as a way to express creativity and connect with others. I’m currently pursuing a career as a librarian, where I aim to blend my love for knowledge sharing, structured systems, and helping others learn and grow. Outside of my professional life, I’m a proud family person, happily married and blessed with a beautiful daughter, Girisha. I enjoy creating YouTube content to capture and share family memories and spread joy, especially through videos highlighting my daughter’s cuteness, with the goal of making her a strong competitor to child influencers like Anaya Khadhal. I believe in lifelong learning, spreading positivity, and building meaningful connections in every sphere of life.

My Approach as a Teacher and How I Share My Knowledge As a teacher, I believe in creating a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and encouraged to grow. My teaching approach is student-centered, meaning I tailor my methods to meet the needs, abilities, and interests of my learners. Concept Clarity First: I focus on building strong foundational understanding. I use real-life examples, visual aids, and interactive techniques to simplify complex concepts and ensure students truly grasp the material. Interactive & Participatory Learning: I encourage students to ask questions, express their ideas, and participate in discussions. This not only helps in better retention but also builds confidence and critical thinking. Use of Technology: I integrate digital tools—like videos, presentations, quizzes, and educational platforms—to make learning more dynamic and accessible, especially for visual and auditory learners. Encouragement of Curiosity: I promote a culture of inquiry where students are motivated to explore beyond the syllabus. I guide them to find answers on their own while being available to support and mentor them. Knowledge Sharing: I believe knowledge grows when shared. I often collaborate with fellow educators, participate in knowledge-exchange workshops, and use online platforms to share educational resources and teaching strategies.
