A Clg., Kolkata 2020-21), International
Certificate Course on Coaching Athletics (ICCCA 2021 awarded by IAPESI), Certificate Course in Yoga for Women Wellness (JKAS Clg & Maharashtra State Yoga Association, 2021), American Heart Association BLS (2017-20), Certification in CPR, AED, First-aid (2021), COVID-19 Personal Protection, COVID-19 Mental Health and Wellness from Emergency University, USA.

I have been in the 'sports training' as well as 'strength and conditioning' field having participated in Inter Collegiate, Inter University, and State Championship, Nationals in Boxing, Kick-boxing, and Athletics since 1999, and have become the Lifetime Member of International Association of Physical Education and Sports (IAPES) in 2021.
I have published Research Paper in the 'B. Aadhaar Journal, August 2021, pp.196-200, ISSN 2278-9308'.
