About Harshal
I am Harshal. I have a Masters degree in Cybersecurity from Georgia Tech and I have always had a passion for teaching. I volunteer as a tutor for non profits where I teach students about networking, computer science, cybersecurity etc.
I have always had a very strong inclination towards Maths, Physics, Logical and Analytical Reasoning. I have won multiple gold medals in Olympiads. I believe all the students are different and their teaching should be tailored to their needs. I want to find a better alternative to the one size fits all model of education that we are currently practicing.

Learning should be fun and interactive. It should never feel like a chore.
In my class, I would make sure everyone is looked after in a way that they feel comfortable. I am an advocate for strong personalization in approach to studying. Each student is different and thus teaching method must also be tailored to a student's individual need.
In my class I would teach anyone regardless of their age or their background. The only thing common in all the students in my class would be working towards a common goal.
