Every student has a unique learning profile: strengths, areas for improvement, learning styles, learning challenges, testing anxiety, etc. I will evaluate the student's goals and learning style, then design a course that addresses the student's needs. I have found that the most successful students are ones who are not afraid to be wrong (that's how we learn, after all!), and who ask thoughtful questions.
