About Rishabh

Hello everyone. I'm an energetic sports physical therapist from India. I have more than 2 years of experience in working with academy level as well as state and national level athletes playing football, basketball, cricket and various other sports. I have helped them attain an optimum level of fitness necessary for team or individual sport. As you all know in pandemic time, a lot of people have compromised their fitness, I came up with in Idea to work with all my clients online. This virtual platform helps me to give people more attention and also they don't have travel to crowded places like gym or playgrounds. Instead, by just staying at their homes people can keep themselves fit.

About the lesson

I'm good at designing tailored program for all age group people. Making a fitness plan keeping in mind individuals capacities. Moreover, I not only teach my clients exercises but also give them in-depth knowledge about it. My sessions usually last for 45min to an hour.
