About Imtiyaz
In my experience of doing tekwondo, it isn't enough to know what to eat and when to eat it. Along with doing a lot of exercise, there is also a lot of common fitness and self-defense that isn't commonly known, even though it is common. I would love to tell people about this.My favorite thing to tell people is that they should know about their physical safety and food.
