About Naciye
I believe yoga arrives to those who need it the most at the very right time which is what I experienced. I enjoy reading, I also sing and organize gigs incorporating both English and Turkish music. I am a psychology graduate; however, did not pursue it as an occupation. I truly enjoy all elements of nature that remind us to slow down, unwind and be kind to ourselves.

I will be teaching a 1 hour flow. This will incorporate your personal needs. After our initial class, we will have a chance to discuss what you enjoyed most or what you feel you want to dive deeper into. Towards the end of each class, I will offer a guided meditation that will allow you to welcome the "art of stillness" and introduce you to the initial philosophy of yoga being the cessation of the mind.
