About Jasleen

I am a Buddhist meditator practicing Theravada and Vipassana Meditation for the past 8 years. I have been trained in Yogic meditations as well. Since I have been practicing Iyengar and Sivananda Yoga for 7 years. A combination of Meditation and Yoga gives me deep insight into the functioning of the mind and body.

About the lesson

The class will be divided into 4 sections:
1. Certain simple Yoga Asana / Pranayama/ deep breathing exercises which help settle the mind
2. Theravada Meditation
3. Understanding the functioning of the mind
4. Discussing how to overcome existing issues using meditation

Perfect! Jasleen is a very compassionate, kind, flexible and an understanding person. She has helped many people and including this particular client with multiple psychological disabilities. She has a very open and custom approach which helps the client in ways far more effective than a standard approach. Jasleen is extremely humble and wise. Jasleen has been a breath of life for me and has introduced me to techniques where I have been able to block out the negativity and also get rid of severe anxiety. After few sessions with her, I was able to calm my mind and focus my mind better, she’s guided me through personalised techniques suitable for me and has shown a lot of patience and persistence in helping me through tough spots.
